awning pitch or none awning pitch

could anybody explain when you do a booking for a sight it shows dates with awning pitches & dates with non awning pitches,then when you get to your sight you see members with just a caravan with no awning in pitches that are made for caravan and awning,what
is the point in having bookings for awning pitches and non awning pitches when nobody sticks to the rules,probley the club should have a system were pitches are marked up awning or non awning pitches.i would my self be prepaired to pay extra for awning pitches.
