Camping L'Aubette near Rouen, Open all year?

Hi all, I was using some tips from Valda to search for campsites open all year in France to break the journey between Calais and Tours and found the above site just outside Rouen. Does anyone have knowledge of this place and it actually likely to be
open around 1st February 2015. I ask this because recently we arrived at Chartres with a week to go before it was due to close and found it fully shut up, We believe it had been closed for at least 2 weeks by then so am now a little wary of winter site openings.
I would call the site but cannot speak sufficient French so hope someone here may know more. Regards, Roy
