Caravanning in the Republic of Ireland

I am looking for the equivalent of certificated locations in Ireland. There are plenty of commercial sites on the web but no small private sites that I can see. There does not seem to be an irish version of
the Caravan Club. Can anyone point me towards a suitable website or recommend any places they have visited?
