Can't stand these multiple 'good mornings' as soon as I step foot out of my caravan, I now have a printed T shirt with 'good morning' on the front, and something completely different on the back Happy

I've found if you walk your dog on a 10ft lead and then put some shaving foam round the dogs mouth people tend to give you a wide berthLaughing

I like to walk with the lead and no dog

... Not a problem for me, it is the ones that scowl that get me. A frindly greeting never did any harm.

Oh dear wildwood, you seem to have not got the gist about this thread Tongue Out

How about the friendly souls who need to block the entire site for half an hour while they hitch up and say their goodbies when leaving.

In the spirit of the OP-Curtain twitchers, really?, get on with your life, you're on a break so don't let your need for knowing other folks business spoil it for you. There's no room for rubber neckers on CC sitesLaughingLaughingTongue OutKiss.

If you sit in the front of your van having breakfast you have at least 5 windows to look out of, so no 'curtain twitchers' in my view just people looking out the window!

Could you consider adding those people who hog the washing up sinks for a good chat whilst doing drying/polishing which could be done back in their van.

..If its as it should be ,all men at the washing up areas ,its one of the few places left where we can have an inteligent conversation without being interuptedKiss

OP, there is a vast difference atwixt glancing out of your windows & then staring out taking notes to then share your findings with the worldLaughing.

    Oh absolutely...i can't BELIEVE I forgot them...

And a few more that have come to me this morning: (In no paticular order)

Bits of food left in the prep/washing up sinks

People not cleaning out the shower cubicle with the loooong cleaner

People smoking outside vans..or just smoking in general really

People not wearing crocs to go the shower block - should be mandatory

People wearing dressing gowns, onesies, shorts, t-shirts etc (as per the crocs - I KNOW they are comfy and easy and take up little space, but come on!! have some pride - you wouldn't get that if we'd brought back National Service)

People trying really hard to catch my eye to say "hello" when I'm sat outside my van - I don't DO friendly

People who think it's ok to sit their dogs on deck chairs outside the van - it insults me - not sure why, but it's going on the list..

People coming back from the pub late at night (well 10) who have clearly missed the email saying all vanners/motorhomers should be in their vans and secured away by 9

The sound of the crows at Chatsworth

The mist on the peaks at Castleton - what's the point if there's no view..

The M5 when I have to drive to the South East...

We seldom do Club Sites, but when we do, we have a little cut out that fits onto the window and makes it look like the telly!  Site life is way more interesting than proper TV, you don't change channel, you just change window!Tongue Out

Oh no, I will be banned - people watching is one of my favourite on site entertainments.  Sitting in a cosy caravan people watching with a  cup of tea and  a good book is blissfull!

I don't frequent club sites all that often but this 'observing' can be viral. My wife has reminded me I have criticised pitching, reversing, what people are wearing, speeding, others furniture, their bikes, their dogs and plenty more Surprised

I must get back to a CL where I can recover from this illness.

Definitely not me - well into the land of nod by that time and even if I am not asleep once the curtains are drawn that is it, the whole world goes away!

As people who go out and about for most of the day. We don't seem to be bothered by all the so-called terrible things which, if you read this thread seem to go on in CC sites.

When we return in the evening, most of the customers appear to be engrossed in their TV, so once again we dont notice anything untoward.

Might I suggest to those who are becoming obsessed and upset by other people's behaviour ---- Get out and about more !!!

    Cool
