I used to think it was my poor connection speed that was causing my CT experience to be so ‘iffy’ but since upgrading the line I see that there’s been little improvement at all.
Accessing the main website is reasonably responsive but it often ‘hangs’ while I am using CT. This suggests that the resources allocated to provide that part of the on-line service are inadequate and something that new forum software (which only covers a
part of CT activity) is unlikely to resolve. I do hope that we are not expected to have to wait until after new software has been added, only to discover that the poor performance could have been resolved by investing in hardware.
