Basin Taps

Why does the club install basin taps and not install basin mixers.  The hot water is too hot to wash your hands in and the cold water is very cold in the winter months.  A mixer tap will allow the user to wash their hands in water at the right temperature. 
The difference in cost between taps amd mixers is not that much .
