Suggest a better booking process
I guess that, if you ggot what you wanted, you'll be happy with the present procedure but I think the system is very unfair and that a new approach is overdue.
Maybe, if there are enough responses to this post, the club might look up and do something?
The 9:00 start is not fair to those who still have to work for a living and also causes congestion on the site, as witnessed this morning. It is almost certain to be worse next year.
A rolling system might even out the traffic and, to address popular times, a bidding process prior to that:
Open for booking X weeks before the date.
Open for bidding X + Y weeks before.
At X weeks before, award bookings on a lottery if there are insufficient spaces to accommodate those wishing to stay.
What would you suggest?
