Swift Sundance Radio Reception

I have a 2010 Swift Sundance 530LP purchased in july this year. The radio reception is poor (interferance when running and from habitation lighting when switched on). I have been told by the Dealer it is due to the position of the aerial. I had them fit
another arial - screen mount - as advised by them with very little improvement.Has anyone suffered the same problem and have they a solution?
