Why in the van

In the van at the moment and just enjoyed a cooked breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs and mushrooms.  At home you can count on one hand the number of cooked breakkies in a year.  Why do they taste so better in van? Only problem is decision on red or brown
sauce!
