Why have a motorhome?

Just been on net about staying near Lake Lugano and "doing" the other two, Como and Magori. Not a thing that motorhomers can do easily as to difficult to drive around in motorhome, easy for car/caravan as the van stays on site and you have a comfortable
car to visit in!!  If you realy want to see an area, find a base to set up camp in and then use the car to visit the area. I always meet motorhomers on site who can't freely vist the surounding area.

Just a thought, you can always tow a small car behind the motorhome!! Point made.
