Sites without toilet blocks

We have been caravaning for 30 years now and we have only visited sites with toilet blocks due to the fact that we only use the caravan toilet for having a wee in as we have never liked the thought of do anything other than that,are we on our own here or
is this quite common?

However, there are some lovely looking sites about that dont have toilet blocks and we would like to visit them,so we would love to hear other members opinions on this not so popular but very necessary
matter!

Any tips or advice would be very much apriciated.
