Trying to check out night sailings on CC bookings from HofH to Harwich but message keeps coming up that they can't find any sailings.  Have checked out Stena sailing schedule and they show plenty of availability.  Fault must be with CC booking process.

Hi Oneput, whilst I cannot recall all the details someone has posted here fairly recently in regard to the same problem which I seem to recall was sorted and had a response from CC staff.

If the booking is for the near future the website prices should be accurate but I always phone to make the final check and book. When looking at prices, for 2017,last week the option to discuss via online chat came up and I was told that prices for next year do not yet have any discount applied other than on the BF routes. This was after I queried the seemingly high prices on Harwich-Hook route.

It maybe that the sailing is 'full' for CC bookings, those at a discount say, but a call would probably be the quickest way to sort the problem.

I would not normally use the 'live chat' but as it popped up gave it a go and it was less than helpful as they told me the sailings I asked about were not available even though I had a price on the sreen in front of me! There can also be better deals available
over the phone in some circumstances.

I remembered posting in a similar thread not long ago and found it
    HERE
From that it appears it was a Stena problem, but who knows?

I checked Stena this morning and they show lots of sailings with no problems.  Could be the link that the CC use

Just tried to book Monday night from Hook of Holland and a note appears no availability or a problem with the Stena website.  If you try and book a daytime sailing no problem, it's only on the night crossing.  Have checked Stenas website and no problem at
all.  Think it's more likely to be the CC's creaky system.  Will call them in the morning
