The D300 road between Dunkirk and Eperlecques

In August 2012 en route back to the ferry at Dunkirk we stayed at the Ganspette site in Eperlecques,we were intending to use the D300 to travel up to Dunkirk but found that this road was blocked off. In August this year we are again going to Ganspette but
this time from Dunkirk,can anyone tell me if the D300 road is now open.
