Feed back reqired re EHU on CL,s.

Has any member any personal experience with regard to asking a CL owner to provide a reduced nightly fee when a member wish,s to stay whithout an EHU when the CL provide,s one & quotes a fee which includes this facility in the hand book?.When I have asked this I have  been given various different reasons for not  been able to.
