Autotrail Faulty Multi-Media Head Units

Somebody on the Autotrail Owners Facebook group has started a campaign to try and get Autotrail to do a recall and replace all the multi-media head units with a branded one as so many have proved faulty (on an otherwise good van)  one person is on his 13 replacement unit !! The faults have been various.

As far as can be seen all the faulty ones are the ones introduced with the built in Sat Nav late 2011 onwards.

If you don’t want to join the Facebook group but have been having trouble with you head unit please post the details here and I will pass them on. NOT your personal details, just your multi media head unit. So, I need your  Autotrail model, year and what faults you’ve had on your head unit.
