Improving VW Car Suspension

I have a new style VW Sharan when I hook up my caravan I have noticed the outfit runs lower than it used to with my old Sharan.

I asked dealer if I can get stronger springs & they said the VW only supply springs based on chassis number as to the spec when it came of production line.

I have seen MAD springs but I have concerns as to adding these to the vehicle if they fit could invalidate my warranty.

Does anyone know if you can still get the rubber blocks to add to the spring coil to help stiffen them? If so what are they called & where can I get them from?
