Stena Line Harwich to Hook

We used Stena this time for our journey to Germany, what a joy. Two hour run from home, time for dinner on the way, arrived at 9pm and loaded just about straight away.  Comfy cabin with window.  Time for a pint, then sail and off to bed for a good nights
sleep. Same coming back but boarded at 8.30pm so after checking stuff into cabin went to the self service diner and had dinner, cooked while we waited, and very delicious.  Watch exit from Hook and then to bed.  Disembarked at Harwich at 0630hrs and home by
8.30hrs.  No long drives, no dartford bridge tolls etc. Believe we probably saved money plus wear and tear on car and van.
