Rouen, France (Moved from Introductions)

Do any members know if the roads around Rouen are still being worked on? We were towing through in July last year when we realised that all directions we needed to use were blocked off, very few directions were given and we had a nightmare getting across
the river to access any road which would get us back on the way to Calais. We are trying to plan this summers holiday, hopefully without the nightmare of last year, HELP.
