First time abroad

We're due to set off on only our 3rd time out in our brand new Adria Altea for a 4 week trip through France and down to the Black Forest. 

I've been trying to do my research but am now getting a bit confused! i know that we'll need a euro converter on our mains but there's an awful lot of articles about another set of 'reverse' wiring that we might need. Any hints/tips on what this may be please? 

Also, trying to find a campsite in the Black Forest, any recommendations from anyone. I'm a bit dubious about the Blechenblick site from the reviews, it doesn't have to be an affiliated CC site, any recommendations would be great.
