France in November/December

We will be driving home from the Costa Blanca (Javea) in late November to mid December. We did this journey in our motorhome in February, along the west coast of France which we loved, but we'd like to take a different route back this time. Could anyone
advise if the Mediterranean coast and Massif Central route is easily passable at that time of year, or should it be avoided?
