Bilbao to Alicante

Has anyone done a Bilbao to Alicante route travelling south instead of via Zaragosa. We are travelling end Oct / beginning Nov, and are looking at the AP68 to Logrono, then N111 A15 A2 to Guadalajara, then N320 to Albacete, then A31 to Alicante. If anyone
has experience of these roads at this time of year, and suggestions for places to stay, that would be great. Thank you!!
