First time towing in France - Normandy sites
We are hoping to spend a week in France mid September. This will be our third year caravaning but the first time we have ventured abroad. We would particularly like to go to Normandy and visit Bayeux and possibly Giverny. Hopefully if this trip is sucessful
we will spread our wings and go alot further afield. We are a couple from Worcestershire in our 50's who enjoy walking and visiting interesting and picturesque areas and trying the local food and drink. We often travel with our dog but may leave him at home
for this trip. When our 3 sons were young we spent many holidays in France staying in static caravans with Eurocamp often using Castels sites. Now it is just the two of us we prefer quiet sites and do not need lots of facilities. Could anyone recommend
any sites which might suit us? Many thanks.
