Dover Stopover

We are looking for a stopover near Dover.  We used to use Folkstone racecourse as it was a drive on/drive off 24 hours a day but we understand that this choice is no longer available to us.

We need parking for 3 cars and caravans, possibly a place to eat and  a chance to get some shuteye before we get on the ferry around midnight.  

Anyone got any suggestions?
