Spain in winter with border terrier

Can anyone recommend a site, preferably ACSI, in Spain during winter months which is good for dog walking and within walking distance of shops as we do not have bikes. Does not need to be on the coast but somewhere where warm weather is pretty much guaranteed!
I'm not asking for much, am I?
