Flickering LEDs

We recently replaced the halogen lights in our motorhome with LEDs to save power when there is no EHU. The problem is that after a couple of minutes they start to flicker, which is annoying and I've also read reduces the life of the LEDs. I also read somewhere
that this may be something to do with the LEDs not being compatible with the power supply. Any idea why the are flickering please, or what we can do about it?

The LED are described as being "G4 24 Led Warm White IP67 Waterproof 12v AC/DC 180 Lumen".
