Route Poitiers to Bayonne

I have been told that the N10 south of Poitiers is now a toll road and that south of Bordeaux the N10 is now the A63 all the way to the border and is a Toll road for its full length.
Has any one travelled that way recently, this year, who can give me the correct information.
Autoroutes.fr still shows the A63 from Bordeaux Ring road linking to the N10 to just before Bayonne.
