First time to South of France

Hi All,  we are looking to take our tourer to South of France next summer (end July) for a 2 week holiday.  We have two teenagers
who will want a decent site, as will we.  Got to be near a beach, good pools, good food, nice pitches.  I have looked at Domaine De La Yole, Valras Plage.  Anyone been there?  Or does anyone recommend anything else.  Also could do with some help on stop over
sites en route and whether I have to pre-book these? Any advice will be most welcome. Thank you.
