Replacement lid to 'pork pie' table

Annoyingly we managed to crack our central chest (pork pie table) lid over the New Year period.  Even more annoyingly it was done with a Terry's Chocolate Orange whilst tapping and unwrapping
- which it didn't!  

Can anyone suggest either a repairer close to Hull and/or somewhere where we might get a replacement, currently waiting for dealer to get back to us and may well contact Swift direct, but any suggestions are welcomed
