Satnav app for ACSI in France

Can anyone recommend a satnav app for a smartphone which will work in France? We specifically need it for finding sites in the ACSI guide so it needs to accept the GPS co-ordinates in the format provided in the ACSI guide. Many thanks in anticpation for
suggestions.
