Availability of food in Spainwe

We have been travelling all over France since the 80's.  This year we are considering Spain for the first time but are umsure about food.  I have an allergy to any kind of pork products which rules out sausage in all its forms.  Can you kind folk tell me
if chicken is readily available in Spanish supermarkets? We never eat out on account of multiple food allergies which plague me.
