When will new Non-Awning pitches be Bookable??

We arrived at Hawes site on 21st April - a month ago. Almost a third of the pitches are now non awning. There is nothing immediatly evident when booking on line.

In fact 'it is worse than that Jim' in that you can only book pitches with awning. There is a booking section for non-awning pitches but they are all shown as fully booked. What gives??

If I book an awning pitch on-line then that is what I expect and prepare for. 

Are families arriving for the Bank Hol weekend and relying on using an awning going to find that there are no suitable pitches available?
