Trip to Greece

We are heading off to Greece, mid Feb leaving via the Tunnel. Aiming to be at our destination, Stoupa, Greece for the 8th March, our friends have given us use of their villa for three weeks, then stopping off in Croatia to explore the are on the way back
when the weather will be warmer. Any route tips, recommended places to stop off? Thanks
