To toll or not to toll

My wife and I are travelling to Northern Spain in June with our caravan and the old question once again rears it`s head do we  again take the toll roads or do we avoid them, I understand that it will cost approx. 200 euro`s there and back but about 4 hours quicker, we are in no rush but are a litlle worried about the roads from Caen to Pineda which is just north of Barcelona.

Any advice would be appreciated
