Password denial?

Has anyone been refused entry to the site today?  I have tried to sign in several times today and once yesterday to be told to call Grimstead Towers for a new password.  Nothing wrong with the old one when I try again.  Feels a little weird.  I am hoping
its the booking rush that the website can't cope with - not someone abusing my password?
