campsite near the shrine at lourdes in France ?

As a disabled newcomer to the Caravan Club with use of a Campavan, can anyone out there please tell me if there is a Camping site near the Shrine at Lourdes in France, which , apparently attracts 8 million visitors a year. Many thanks.
