What towbar for a Lunar Quasar and Tiguan

Just bought a Lunar Quasar 554 and planning to buy a Tiguan to tow it. Just reading through these posts it appears that choosing the right towbar can be tricky.

I'd like a towbar where the projecting part can be detached or folded away, where reversing alarm works, and where bikes can be attached to the car whether towing or not.  

I will probably ask the car dealer to fit the towbar before I drive off with it. How do I make sure that there won't be technical /practical problems (e.g. with the stabiliser) when I bring the caravan and car+towbar together after I get home.
