Hi 

We are going through Rouen tomorrow (Fri 25th). We have read the relevant threads, and wondered if anyone had been through the area in the last week or so. I read a post recently that suggested La Grand Mare tunnel was open to southbound traffic in the last
few days, but I am not convinced. Anyone any further info ?
