Sarget Stinger Alarm key fob

I have recently bought a sterling quartz caravan with a sarget stinger alarm on it.. onr of the key fob doesn't appear to work althought the led and light seem to work ok. I swaped batteries from one fob to the other and still same issue. Looking on the
sarget website there appears to be a key fob learning process which may help and fix my problem. Does anyone know what this process is before I try to contact sarget.
