Wintering in Spain

We are thinking of trying joining the incease numbers going to Spain in winter (Feb/Mac). We are currently looking at Camping Kiko Park several K,s South of Valencia.

Has anybody stayed at that site if so whats it like, whats the weather like in Feb/Mar and any suggestions for sites on the coast in that area.
