Most Useful Reviews?

Just been looking at sites for another break before we put the caravan to bed for Winter and I wanted to read the reviews. IMHO the review tab is a bit misleading. You only see the ''Most Useful Reviews'? In whose opinion??  A little sidebar highlighting
'All Reviews' is to the right.Who decides which review is useful? One with a lot of stars?
