Sat nav and sites

Plan to go to Italy next year from amsterdam crossing in my motorhome. Can anybody recomend a good sat nav for a motohome as travelling with not the best navigator. Also would like stop offs in Germany and somewhwere to spend 5  days in Austria. My other
traveller is a 13 year old boy.
