28-night Grand Tour?

The Club magazine has a brief mention of the proposed 28-night Grand Tour of Scandinavia and St Petersburg next year, but there seems to be no mention of it on this site.

I appreciate that bookings are not open until next month but a few details at this stage would be appreciated. Can anyone from the Club help please?

We have never participated in anything like this before but it does seem to tick a few boxes!
