Correct size awning??

Hi all, I'm just about to take ownership of my first caravan and I'm so excited. It's a Lunar Quaser 525 2009. In question to awning sizes There are a few different sizes annotated on certain websites and I'm wondering what one to take as the correct size.
I've asked the caravan club tech personnel and they say its 940cm but the official Lunar website says 967cm. Can anyone help as I'm really trying to buy an full size awning(second hand)
