Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic

Having toured around 11 countries in Europe this year we are planning to visit Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic next year.  I know that some of you have been to these countries and we would appreciate any advice regarding any laws/restrictions which are different to the rest of Europe and any other tips that would be useful. Also any advice on where to visit and what to see would be great.  Many thanks!  Karen & Tim
