Just cancelled European trip

Well, just found out I am due to get a replacement hip in June, unfortunately with not enough time to recover before we were due to travel to Holland and France for a 26 night holiday. Trip other than Eurotunnel (Tesco) booked through the CC and Red Pennant.
Just rung the club and spoke to a very nice young lady who was most helpful. (Sue I think she said) She cancelled all my bookings and Red Pennant and I have lost the £75 deposit I paid. Well I expected nothing less and must say was dealt with in a very sympathetic
and nice manner. Thank you CC.

Now just have to sort out my Eurotunnel booking, but think I will lose the Tesco Vouchers I used.
