Spanish winter campsites

looking to stay south of Barcelona for a month mid January,but not further south than benicassim. Have looked at vilanova park and bonterra but seem very busy.. Any views on camping Joan, Cambrils, and ribamar, alcossebre?  Or Cala d'orques?Any other ideas for slightly quieter site suitable for January/ February time.
