Going out for the day - What about the fridge?

May seem a silly question but as a caravanner looking at M/H's at the NEC last week a question occured.  If yo go out in the M/H for the day what do you do with the fridge, obviously with a caravan it's on site on EHU but in a M/h when oy go out what do
you do?  Obviously when travelling I assume it goes on 12v but when oy park up do you have to then put it on gas to keep it cold whilst parked up?
