Power Problem

Hi, I have a power problem with my Bailey Pursuit. The caravan has been on charge over the winter, however when getting ready for our easter trip, going in the morning, the battery is giving no power. The motor mover is working and the battery is showing
13v when attactched to the mains supply however when I unplug the mains I have no power in the van, is the battery dead ? but why is it supplying power to the mover. Could anyone point me in the right direction, the battery was new august 14. Thanks.
