How does the cost of booking an overseas site with the CC compare with, for example, ACSI?

I cannot find rates for overseas sites on the web site.

When we were in France in May and staying at Bien Assize on the way back, a chap booked in while we were in the office and he'd booked 3 or 4 nights through the CC. We were using ACSI.

Just wondered how they compared.....?
