Suggested routes across Paris

We haven't ventured to France for 10 years, and have never negotiated our way around Paris, so wonder if any of you experienced hands have any tips.  We are crossing the Channel by Eurotunnel, ariving about 10.00 am local time, and we need to be heading
South on the A77 for an overnight stop at Les Bois Du Bardelet.  Michelin route planner gives 2 or 3 options, so I am looking for advice on the best route to approach Paris and get round it.
